WHAT IS CHECKYESS?AN APP TO OFFER SECURITY AND CONFIDENCECheckyes is a mobile application designed to guarantee the safety of the little ones, both when they arrive at school and when they return home.
Likewise, it can be used in all areas in which a vulnerable person or physically or psychologically dependent on another person, it is necessary to deliver or collect it in a center or institution, both official and private.
The App is based on the Authorized system, which, after verifying their identity by the center, will be enabled as such and will be able to deliver and pick up the child at school, thus registering all operations in this regard in the system.AN APP FOR TEACHING STAFF AND ANOTHER FOR AUTHORIZEDThe App will have a version for Authorized Users and another for the Teaching Staff of the center, since the functionalities vary according to the type of user.APP PARENTSFAST AND INTUITIVECheckyes has an attractive design that allows the App to be handled in an agile and intuitive way and that makes the process of dropping off or picking up children at school a quick and simple action.QR CODEThe use of personal and unique QR codes for each student, generated by the system at the time of activating the App, allow a quick scan of the childs record.
The Authorized person will only have to show the home screen of the App and the teacher will scan it to register.FAST ACCESS TO STUDENTSFrom the Authorized screen, sliding the screen to the right will switch between the different children of the same Authorized, with their corresponding personal QR code.AUTHORIZED Parents, relatives or friends of the family may be Authorized, provided that the center proves their identity and relationship with the student.
In this way, we ensure that the child is in good hands, especially when picking it up.TEMPORARY AUTHORIZEDCheckyes allows the registration of temporary Authorized with a predefined duration of time and limited by the Authorized, so that he can deliver or pick up the child.NOTIFICATIONSThe App has a notifications section, where communications of interest will be made to the Authorized by the center.
Each Authorized person receives a notification in their App when their child has been delivered or picked up.TEACHING STAFF APPAPP FOR TEACHING STAFFOur App is designed to streamline the student check-in/out process.
The Teaching Staff version allows them to perform this task by simply pressing a button.TWO TYPES OF REGISTRATIONOur App has the possibility of a manual registration, to do it in case the child enters or leaves the center in unusual conditions or as an alternative to the QR scanner.QR SCANNING PROCESSWhen scanning with the mobile camera, a screen will pop up in which the Teaching Staff will select if they are making an entry or an exit, once this is done the registration has been completed.MANUAL SCANNING PROCESSIf the QR scan cannot be performed for any reason, there is the possibility of performing a manual scan, filling out a quick and intuitive form that will take you to a summary screen with the data entered.ADMINISTRATOR PANELTHE CORNERSTONE OF CHECKYESThe administrator panel is where you can register students individually or collectively (importing existing lists), as well as Authorized and Teaching Staff, and establish relationships between them, assigning students to Authorized.INFORMATION AT A GLANCEFrom this management panel you can check the Checkyes invoices, attendance reports and absences of all the students of the center.
Notifications and warnings can be sent to all users of the App.
